Which meant we both got to head to Bangkok! He would present and I would be there as his sponsor (i.e. just eating, drinking and relaxing! :-D).
All the work stuff was up front, but we did get one day with a short tour.

Overall, it was cool to visit. But so crowded... and dirty... and hot. Happy to have been, but not sure I'd go back.
